Coarse croissants with meat and vegetable sauce
The ingredients
| 400 g | BSCHÜSSIG Hörnli coarse |
| 200 g | Chopped meat (beef or poultry) |
| 20 g | Sunflower oil |
| 20 g | chopped onions |
| 1 pc. | chopped garlic clove |
| 200 g | Vegetable cubes |
| 1 glass (330g) | BSCHÜSSIG Organic Tomato Sauce |

The preparation
Pasta
Boil 2-3 litres of fresh water for the pasta and bring to the boil. When the water is boiling, add 1-1½ tablespoons of salt and then the BSCHÜSSIG Hörnli and cook «Al Dente» according to the time on the packaging (approx. 7-9 minutes). To make sure you don't miss the time, set the kitchen timer to the shorter time and test the consistency of the pasta from time to time. Once the point is reached, drain the pasta and add a few flakes of butter or a little olive oil to taste and mix in, then keep warm.
Sauce & Garnishes
Fry the meat in the oil, add the onions, garlic and diced vegetables and sauté with the BSCHÜSSIG
Bring the organic tomato sauce to the boil. Let everything simmer slightly and season to taste. Arrange the warm croissants on plates and pour the meat and vegetable sauce over them. Serve the grated cheese separately.
