Ties with sausage links
The ingredients
| 400 g | BSCHÜSSIG Tie |
| 1 glass (330g) | BSCHÜSSIG Organic Tomato Sauce |
| 2 | Pair of wiener |
| 200 g | sliced vegetables |
| 1 dl | Vegetable broth |
| Spices and salt | |
| 50 g | Grated cheese |
The preparation
Pasta
Boil 2-3 litres of fresh water for the pasta and bring to the boil. When the water boils, add 1-2 tablespoons of salt and then the BSCHÜSSIG Krawättli and cook «Al Dente» according to the time indicated on the packaging (approx. 8-10 minutes). To make sure you don't miss the time, set the kitchen timer to the shorter time and test the consistency of the pasta from time to time. Once the point is reached, drain the pasta and add a few flakes of butter or a little olive oil to taste and mix in.
Sauce & Garnishes
Bring the tomato sauce to the boil. Cut the wiener into wheels and cut the vegetables into smaller pieces. Choose your own vegetables depending on your preferences or the season. And if you're in a hurry, a ready-made vegetable mix from the chiller cabinet will do.
Add the vegetable stock, the chopped vegetables and the sausage links to the tomato sauce (beware of splashing) and bring everything to the boil, i.e. until the vegetables and sausage links are heated. Just before serving, add the cooked Krawättli and season everything with the spices. Serve the grated cheese separately.
