Coarse croissants with meat and vegetable sauce

1 glass (330g) | BSCHÜSSIG Organic Tomato Sauce |

The preparation
Pasta
Put 2-3l of fresh water on to boil for the pasta. When the water boils, add 1-1½ tbsp salt and then the BSCHÜSSIG Hörnli and cook "Al Dente" according to the time indicated on the packaging (approx. 7-9 minutes). So that you don't miss the time, set the kitchen timer for the shorter time and try the consistency of the pasta from time to time. When it is done, drain the pasta and add a few flakes of butter or a little olive oil, if you like, and mix it in, then keep warm.
Sauce & Garnishes
Fry the meat in the oil, add the onions, garlic and diced vegetables and sauté with the BSCHÜSSIG
Bring the organic tomato sauce to the boil. Let everything simmer slightly and season to taste. Arrange the warm croissants on plates and pour the meat and vegetable sauce over them. Serve the grated cheese separately.
