Muesli with salmon and lemon sauce
The ingredients
| 360 g | BSCHÜSSIG Muesli |
| 200 g | Raw salmon (without skin) |
| 20 g | Butter |
| 1 | Spring onion |
| 2 dl | White wine |
| 1 dl | Cream |
| 1-2 TABLESPOONS | Maizena express |
| 1 | Lemon |
| Spices and salt |
The preparation
Pasta
Boil 2-3 litres of fresh water for the pasta and bring to the boil. When the water is boiling, add 1-1½ tbsp salt and then the BSCHÜSSIG muesli and cook "Al Dente" according to the time on the packaging (approx. 10-12 minutes). To make sure you don't miss the time, set the kitchen timer to the shorter time and test the consistency of the pasta from time to time. When the point is reached, drain the pasta and add a few knobs of butter or a little olive oil to taste and mix in.
Sauce & salmon
Peel the spring onion and cut into small pieces. Cut a few centimetres of the green part for
