The ingredients
| 500 g | BSCHÜSSIG Muesli |
| 2-3 | fresh tomatoes |
| A handful of black olives (Greek) | |
| 1 | large onion |
| 2 | Garlic cloves |
| 6 TBSP. | fine BSCHÜSSIG olive oil |
| 2 TBSP. | Aceto bianco (white balsamic vinegar) |
| Salt | |
| Pepper | |
| 1 | Ball (150 g mozzarella) |
| Fresh herbs: basil, lemon thyme, Oregano |
The preparation
Pasta
Put 2-3l of fresh water on to boil for the pasta. When the water boils, add 1-1½ tbsp salt and then the BSCHÜSSIG muesli and cook "Al Dente" according to the time indicated on the packaging (approx. 10-12 minutes). So that you don't miss the time, set the kitchen timer for the shorter time and try the consistency of the pasta from time to time. When it is done, drain the pasta and add a few flakes of butter or a little olive oil, if you like, and mix it in.
Salad
In this case, prepare the other ingredients of the salad first:
Cut the tomatoes and onion into large cubes. Pit the olives and also cut them into pieces.
cut. Peel and finely slice the garlic. A few fresh basil leaves
and wash 1 sprig each of lemon thyme and oregano in hot water, then pluck off the leaves.
Put everything together in a bowl... and now you even have time to make yourself a cool aperitif.
until the water is boiling or the pasta is "Al Dente"...
Drain the muesli, drain well and immediately add it hot to the other ingredients in the bowl. Now pour BSCHÜSSIG olive oil and the white aceto over it and season with salt and pepper. Make sure that the olive oil is predominant and not the aceto, you will be able to tell through your nose... The salad tastes best when it has been covered for at least half an hour.
