Pasta salad with tuna

200 gBSCHÜSSIG 3-Egg Spirals
150 gCanned tuna
10 pcs.Chery tomatoes
30 gRocket
1 pc.Shallot
10 gParsley, fresh
1/2 pc.Lime
2 TBSP.Olives black (without stones)
3 TBSP.Capers
2 TBSP.Caper liquid
3 TBSP.Mayonnaise
1 TBSP.Mustard
6 TBSP.White Balsamic Vinegar
6 TBSP.Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

The preparation

  1. Put 2-3l of fresh water on to boil for the pasta and add 1-1½ tbsp of salt when the water boils.
  2. Cook the BSCHÜSSIG spirals "Al Dente" according to the time instructions on the packet (approx. 7-9 minutes), drain and rinse in cold water.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes, chop the shallot and roughly chop the parsley.
  4. Remove the tuna from the tin, place in a bowl and mix with the cherry tomatoes, shallots, capers, olives and parsley.
  5. For the dressing: Put the white balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of the caper liquid, the oil, the mustard and the mayonnaise in a bowl, squeeze half a lime and add the juice, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  6. Mix everything together, add the rocket, season again and serve.
